ABOUT
Our instructors and nurses, are trained and experienced in their fields. They are as passionate about teaching as they are of learning. Our specialty area is the provision of nursing care to the lower extremities, feet, and nails. Let us help you improve your nursing skills in the provision of foot and nail care, especially to those at risk for fall, disease exacerbation, injury, or amputation.
Our foot and nail care courses are the most comprehensive and provide the most hands-on experience with live subjects. Our courses are dynamic, practical, and taught by specialists. We are approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing to grant continuing education contact hours to licensed nurses. Call us to register for our educational programs.
What We Are
What is the Foot Mobile?
The Foot Mobile is an in-home and in-facility foot care nursing service. We travel to where the client is to provide foot and nail treatment and services.

Clients often have health or medical conditions that preclude their treatment by nail technicians, pedicurists, or nail salons.
Our service area is San Francisco south to Redwood City, and north through the HWY 24 corridor from the Caldecott Tunnel to Walnut Creek and Concord.
What is a foot care nurse?
A certified foot care nurse is a baccalaureate-prepared RN who
-
took additional specialized education and training in foot and nail care nursing
-
completed a required practicum supervised by a licensed podiatrist or experienced certified foot care nurse or foot care specialist and
-
passed a national written examination.
-
They must also maintain their certification with appropriate CE courses.

Foot care nurses do not replace your podiatrist or other health care provider. We work with your health care team to decrease your risk of developing foot issues which can lead to ulcers, infections, or amputation.
